Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +
Address changes are only possible before the order ships. Contact us immediately at 1-888-861-2035 — the sooner the better, as orders often ship within 24 hours. Once a package has been dispatched, address corrections must go through the carrier and may incur a redirect fee. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.
What do I do if my package arrived damaged? +
